Cairo, February 17, 2025 – CIB, Egypt’s leading private-sector bank, has partnered with Arkan Palm, a subsidiary of Baderldin Group, to build the bank’s first headquarters in the Financial District at 205, Sheikh Zayed. The 16,000 square metre development reflects the financial sector’s growth within the region.

About 205 Arkan Palm Development
205 is a landmark project developed through a successful partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority and Arkan Palm. Spanning 205 acres in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, the project is a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and entertainment spaces. It includes three luxury hotels managed by the IHG Intercontinental and boasts the tallest towers in West Cairo, standing at 150 meters with 40 floors each. The project is strategically located, with a 1 km southern facade along the “26th of July” axis and a 1.2 km northern facade along Al-Bustan Street, home to some of the region’s most renowned brands, including Arkan, leaving ample space for green areas and a 2 km-long river that divides the residential section.
