Cooperated in the Underground Project for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd lines in Cairo, handling the entire electromechanical part of the project
1980
Established Alexandria Commercial Bureau, a specialized company in trading construction materials and equipment
1985
Acted as the construction project manager of Al Nahda Tower in Mohandeseen, one of the first skyscrapers in Cairo
1987
Founded Blue Gulf for Touristic Investments Company, which developed and built one of the first 3 hotels in Sharm El Sheikh within El Baraka Resort, consisting of 80 rooms and 30 chalets
1992
1995
Started the Egyptian Cotton Ginning Company (EGGC), the first privately owned cotton. The company was later sold to the Arab Cotton Ginning Company (AGGC), which made Badreldin Group a major stakeholder in it
1996
Badreldin for Real Estate Development was proudly founded, and a major land plot in Sheikh Zayed City was acquired for the development of the first Karma residential compound. At the time, Sheikh Zayed City was yet to be recognized for the continuous potential it currently boasts
2006
2010
Founded Sphere for International Trade Company, which is Badreldin Group’s main property and facility management arm. Sphere handles the operations and management of most of the company’s commercial properties in terms of engineering, maintenance, security services, housekeeping, and rent collections, among others
2014
Initiated Al Wataniya for Warehousing and Logistics Company, which specializes in developing world-class warehouses and logistics parks, catering to the top multinational firms in Egypt

Established by Badreldin Group in 2012, Arkan Plaza redefined commercial destinations in West Cairo, setting a standard that many have since followed. Strategically located at the entrance of Sheikh Zayed City, just 20 minutes from landmarks like the Giza Pyramids, Sphinx Airport, and the New Egyptian Museum, Arkan Plaza offers an unrivaled blend of location, tenant mix, and state-of-the-art amenities, supported by exceptional facility management.
Spanning 30,000 sqm, the plaza caters to all age groups with a vibrant mix of dining options, specialty shops, an upscale food market, in addition to entertainment venues, cinemas, theaters, office spaces, medical complexes, gyms, and a Crowne Plaza hotel managed by IHG.
In 2021, the Arkan Extension was unveiled, tripling the total built-up area to approximately 125,000 sqm. This expansion introduced an even broader array of international and local retailers, dining venues, banks, fitness centers, and modern office spaces, solidifying Arkan Plaza as a dynamic hub for business, leisure, and hospitality.
